Refund Policy

All event ticket, VIP, and sponsorship purchases are subject to the following policy.

Cancellations

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund. Requests within 14 days may be issued as a credit toward a future event.

Non-Attendance

No refunds are issued for non-attendance. Access may be transferred to another approved guest with prior written approval.
